Asia’s New Social Media Phenomenon

Over the past few years, a new social media app, Line, has started to threaten the power of social media giants Facebook and Twitter. Line has already gained control of the Asian market, and is looking to expand globally. In fact, with expansion to Spain and Latin America, Line eclipsed 150 million users in only 23 months. It is looking to find its way into the United States market, but they realize they may need to make a few changes in order to appease American users.
