This article is about how very few people have access to the internet in North Korea. It is a nation that contains approximately 24 million people who are shut off the internet. It appears that only few military or government representatives have access to the internet, and there are nearly 1 million people with cellphones that don’t have internet access. Since internet is so highly restricted they are names one of the ’12 enemies of the internet’.
