A Pen That 3-D Prints Bone Right Onto Patients

The medical field is constantly finding new ways to improve the ways in which they can provide for their patients. Having a 3-D printer create actual bones and organs would save millions of lives worldwide and, potentially, allow people with diseased organs to have new ones with the click of a mouse. 

My main concern would be how successful the created organs and bones would be. I realized this is still years away as it has not even been clinically tested in any aspect, but I don’t know how much I would trust a computer generated organ to keep me alive.
